Limited in membership, the Bierkrug-Klub is a prestigious order of individuals who are overly zealous in their unwavering support for the long-term success and stability of Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter and the community.
Any natural person may become a member of the Bierkrug-Klub by remitting a non-refundable initial fee of $250.00 to Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter. In order to maintain membership, a non-refundable annual renewal fee of $100.00 must be remitted to Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter within 30-days of each anniversary that member joined the Bierkrug-Klub. Upon joining, the annual renewal fee of the new member will remain fixed during the life of their membership. In the event a member fails to remit their annual renewal fee within the time period specified, the membership of that member in the Bierkrug-Klub is terminated.
To certify the membership of every current member in the Bierkrug-Klub, Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter will maintain and publicly display a stein on which the name and membership number of the member is imprinted. In the event the stein of a member is removed from the possession of Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter, the membership of that member in the Bierkrug-Klub is terminated.
The sole benefit of membership in the Bierkrug-Klub is prestige. In and at its sole and absolute discretion, Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter may provide any benefit it determines to be fit and proper to members of the Bierkrug-Klub for any reason whatsoever or for no reason, including (but not necessarily limited to) food and drink discounts, early access to festivals, and private invitations to special events.
Members in the Bierkrug-Klub agree that Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter may use their identity (including, but not necessarily limited to, their name and likeliness) in the promotion of its business and the Bierkrug-Klub. Members agree to maintain an account on this website along with an active e-mail address to which Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter may send communications. Members must notify Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter of this e-mail address via their account on this website.
Membership in the Bierkrug-Klub and any benefits bestowed upon the member by virtue of membership in the Bierkrug-Klub are non-transferable. Upon the death of a member, the membership of that member in the Bierkrug-Klub is terminated.
